Hello!

I believe the greatest changes are possible when communities are built and mobilized. That is why you will find testimonials throughout this site where members of my community, be it audience members from my trainings, supervision or consultation clients, or nonprofit leaders crafting the perfect training series with me for their staff. I trust my community to help me share what you can expect from me in this work.

My professional and personal style seeks to honor my ancestors, acknowledge the harms done by settler colonization and slavery, and express gratitude. The history and legacies of harm still impact native communities today. Despite adversity, modern descendants maintain cultures that must be honored and celebrated.
I aspire to be anti-racist. I aspire to be in good relation with my community, profession, environment and loved ones here and gone. This is a work in progress, a daily practice and only possible because of the generosity of so many thinkers, writers, content creators and others.
